Four major media colleges

The four major media organizations are as follows:

1, Communication University of China.

It is a national key university under the national "2 1 1 Project", "985 Project", "Everest Plan" and "201/Plan" directly under the Ministry of Education.

Radio and television journalism, animation, journalism, broadcasting and hosting, radio and television director, radio and television engineering, advertising, recording arts, communication, cultural industry management and other majors can be said to be the best and most distinctive majors in China Communication University.

2. Beijing Film Academy.

It is the only film academy in China, the largest in Asia and world-renowned. It is also a public art college supported by the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television and the Ministry of Education.

Undergraduate majors include cultural industry management, public enterprise management, performance, film photography, drama film literature, drama film director, drama film art design, recording arts, animation, film photography and production, photography and so on.

3. Central Academy of Drama.

The first higher drama education institution in New China, directly under the Ministry of Education, is the highest institution of drama art education in China, the headquarters of the China Higher Drama Education Alliance and the Asian Drama Education Research Center, and the activity base of the International University Drama Festival of the World Federation of Drama Institutions. The Central Academy of Drama is a world-famous art school, which occupies a place in the drama education of UNESCO.

The main majors are performance, drama, drama film and television literature, drama film and television art design and so on.

4. Shanghai Theatre Academy.

It is an art college in China that trains performing arts professionals. Founded in 1945, it was established by Shanghai Municipal People's Government, China Municipal People's Government and Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It is one of the first national master's degree awarding units approved by the State Council. It has the right to award doctoral degrees in first-class disciplines and a postdoctoral research station, and has been selected into national postgraduate programs to build high-level universities.

The main majors are radio and television director, drama, film and television art design, drama, film and television literature, performance, art education and so on.
