What are you doing recycling LED dead light?
1. It will still light up after power-on, and can be reused after collection. Generally used in toys that don't pay much attention to life or quality.
2. After electrifying, the LED light does not light up. There are gold wires, gold-plated electrodes and copper (or iron) pins in the LED lamp, which can be recycled. The thermosetting adhesive outside and the chip inside have no recycling value because of the process in the recycling process, and they are either dissolved in the waste liquid or discarded as residue.
As for the recovery method, hot sulfuric acid can be used to remove the thermosetting glue sealing the gold wire (which is dangerous, but fast and low in cost), or 7 1 1 solvent produced by a company (which is safer, but slow and high in cost), but it is not done by professionals, because it is dangerous and the cost may be higher than the profit.
