1. Contractor

4.2 Party B
1. 4. Provide Party A with the latest address and communication contact number of Party B's location, so that Party A can contact Party B and issue notices within a reasonable time, day or night.
5. Comply with the performing arts contracts and agreements entered into between Party A and other companies, private individuals or groups that comply with legal requirements.
6. If a certain performing arts job is signed during the validity period of this contract, but the job cannot be completed when this contract expires, Party B shall continue to complete the job for Party A, but both parties must agree separately. As a condition of cooperation, Party A shall strive for reasonable compensation for Party B as a broker.

5. Party B undertakes to assume the following obligations:

6. Distribution of interests between Party A and Party B

7. Transfer

9. Breach of Contract

10. Force Majeure
