Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The name of this Association is "Shandong Family Service Association" (English translation: Shondong Home Service Association). Abbreviated as SDHSA). It is a social organization with legal personality approved by the administrative department of association management in Shandong Province, and its activities are restricted and protected by national laws, regulations and relevant policies.

Article 2 This Association was established by our province and engaged in family services (mainly domestic service, family education, real estate agency, property service, family decoration, decoration, family pension service, home appliance maintenance, family nutrition and health care, legal service, family cleaning, cleaning, family doctor, family escort, family catering, ceremonial celebration, marriage introduction, wedding photography, family travel, family car maintenance, family transportation, family travel. Article 3 On the premise of abiding by the Constitution, laws and regulations, national policies and social ethics, this Association cooperates with government departments to actively carry out employment training, standardize the behavior of family service units, improve service quality, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of operators, consumers and service providers in this industry, which is a good thing for the people.

Article 4 This Association accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of Shandong Economic and Trade Commission, the competent business unit, and Shandong Civil Affairs Department, the registration administration organ.

Scope of business (1) publicize and implement the principles and policies of the state, the provincial party committee and the provincial government on the development of this industry, investigate major problems and development trends in development, and actively put forward solutions and suggestions to government departments; Participate in the preliminary work of formulating the development plan and policy of this industry in our province;

(two) to formulate the certification standards for the qualification grades of units in this industry and the service skill grades of employees, and organize the implementation and supervision;

(seven) to organize member units to develop new products, popularize new technologies and new management models, continuously improve the service quality of member units and broaden the service scope;

(eight) to carry out personnel training. Focus on strengthening the training of management talents, marketing talents and technical talents, update concepts, enrich knowledge, enhance capabilities, and improve the quality of employees and the level of industry development. Actively create conditions to establish training and education institutions for family service industry in Shandong Province.

(nine) to organize the business activities of the industry, hold fairs, expositions, fairs, etc., and actively carry out job development, intermediary and consulting services in the family service industry;

(ten) to strengthen communication and contact between industries, organize inspection, and promote inter-provincial and international exchanges and cooperation;

(eleven) to undertake the relevant matters assigned by the higher authorities.

Chapter III Members

Article 7 Members of this Association are divided into unit members and individual members.

Article 8 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:

Support the articles of association; Have the will to join this association; It has a good reputation and influence in the business field of our association; Units and organizations engaged in family service industry and other related businesses in this province, social celebrities and people of insight who care about and love the development of family service industry; With the approval of this Council. Article 9 The procedures for joining the club are as follows:

Submit the application for membership and relevant supporting documents; The Council discussed and adopted the draft; The membership card will be issued by the Council of the Association or the secretariat. Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote; Participate in the activities of this association; Give priority to the services of this association; Have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association; Join voluntarily and return to freedom. Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations

To implement the resolutions of this Council; Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association; Complete the work assigned by this association; Pay membership dues as required; Truthfully report the situation to the Association and provide relevant information. Article 12 A member who withdraws from the meeting shall notify the Association in writing and return his membership card.

If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in the activities of this association within one year, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

Article 13 A member who seriously violates the Articles of Association shall be removed by voting of the Council or the Standing Council.

Chapter IV Establishment and Cancellation of Institutions and Responsible Persons

Article 14 The highest authority of this Association is the members' congress, and its functions and powers are:

To formulate and amend the Articles of Association; Election and removal of directors; To review the work report and financial report of the Council; Decided to terminate; Decide on other major matters. Fifteenth members' congress can only be held when more than two thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives are present to vote.

Article 16 The general meeting of members shall be held every five years. If it is necessary to advance or postpone the general election due to special circumstances, it shall be voted by the board of directors, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the community registration authority. However, the term of office shall not be extended for more than one year.

Article 17 The Council is the executive body of the general meeting of members, leading the association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and being responsible for the general meeting of members.

Article 18 The functions and powers of the Council are:

To implement the resolutions of the members' congress; To elect and recall the president, vice-president and secretary-general; Prepare for the convening of a member congress; Report the work and financial situation to the members' congress; Decide to accept and expel members; Deciding to establish offices, branches, representative offices and entities; To decide on the appointment and removal of the Deputy Secretary-General and the principal responsible persons of various institutions; To lead the work of various institutions of the Association; Formulate internal management system; Decide on other major matters. Article 19 The board of directors shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than two thirds of the directors are present.

Article 20 The Council shall convene a meeting at least once a year, and it may also be convened by means of communication under special circumstances.

Article 21 The Association shall establish a standing council. The Standing Council is elected by the Council, exercises the functions and powers of Article 18, items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 when the Council is not in session, and is responsible to the Council.

Article 22 The Standing Council shall be convened only when more than two-thirds of the executive directors are present, and it shall take effect only after being voted by more than two-thirds of the executive directors present at the meeting.

Twenty-third meetings of the Standing Council shall be held at least once every six months, and may be held in the form of communication under special circumstances.

Article 24 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of this Association must meet the following conditions:

Adhere to the party's line, principles and policies and have good political quality; Have great influence in the business field of this association; The maximum age of the president, vice-president and secretary-general is no more than 70 years old, and the secretary-general is full-time; Good health, can insist on normal work; He has not been sentenced to deprivation of political rights; Have full capacity for civil conduct. Article 25 If the president, vice-president and secretary-general of the Association are over the maximum working age, they can take up their posts only after being approved by the Council, reported to the competent business unit for examination and approved by the registration and management authority of the Association.

Article 26 The term of office of the President, Vice-President and Secretary-General of this Association is five years, and the term of office of the President, Vice-President and Secretary-General shall not exceed two terms at the longest. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it must be voted by more than two-thirds of the members' representatives at the members' congress, reviewed by the competent business unit and approved by the registration and management authority of the association before taking office.

Article 27 The president of this Association is the legal representative of this Association. The legal representative of the association is the president. If it is necessary for the vice president or the secretary-general to be the legal representative due to special circumstances, it shall be reported to the competent business unit for review, and the appointment shall be made only after being approved by the registration authority of the association, and it shall be stated in the articles of association. The legal representative of this Association shall not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other social organizations.

Article 28 The President of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

Convene and preside over the Council; Check the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly, the Council and the Standing Council; Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the association. Article 29 The Secretary-General of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

Preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan; Coordinate the work of branches, representative offices and entities; Nominate the Deputy Secretary-General and the principal responsible persons of offices, branches, representative offices and units, and submit them to the Council or the Standing Council for decision; To decide on the employment of full-time staff in offices, representative offices and entities; Handle other daily affairs. Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use

Thirtieth sources of funds of this Association:

Membership dues paid by unit members and individual members; Social donation; Government funding; Income from activities or services provided within the approved business scope; Bank interest; Other lawful income. Article 31 the association collects membership fees in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Article 32 the funds of this association must be used for the business scope and career development as stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.

Article 33 An association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting data.

Article 34 The Association shall be staffed with accountants with professional qualifications. Accounting personnel shall not concurrently serve as cashiers. Accountants must conduct accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When the accountant transfers or resigns, he must go through the handover procedures with the recipient.

Article 35 The asset management of this Association must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the members' congress and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to state appropriations or social donations or subsidies, it must accept the supervision of audit institutions and publicize the relevant information to the public in an appropriate way.

Thirty-sixth before the association changes or changes its legal representative, it must accept the financial audit organized by the registration authority and the competent business unit of the association.

Article 37 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Association.

Article 38 The wages, insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of this Association shall be implemented with reference to the provisions of relevant state institutions.

Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Article 39 The amendment to the articles of association of this Association shall be submitted to the members' congress for deliberation after being voted by the Council.

Article 40 The revised articles of association of this Association shall come into effect within 15 days after being approved by the members' congress, examined and approved by the competent business unit and reported to the registration authority of this Association.

Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Property Disposal after Termination

Article 41 If an association is dissolved or needs to be revoked due to division or merger, the Council or the Standing Council shall propose a termination motion.

Article 42 The motion to terminate this association must be voted by the members' congress and submitted to the competent business unit for examination and approval.

Forty-third before the termination of this association, a liquidation organization shall be established under the guidance of the competent business unit and relevant authorities to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.

Article 44 this association shall be terminated after the cancellation of registration by the association registration authority.

Article 45 The remaining property after the termination of this Association shall be used for the development of undertakings related to the purpose of this Association under the supervision of the competent business units and the registration and administration organs of associations in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 46 The Articles of Association shall be implemented after being voted by the general meeting of members.

Article 47 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Association.

Article 48 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the registration authority of associations.
