A 24-70mm will serve you well and is wide enough on one end , but able to capture details such as the tension in a hand or an interesting hold. Plus it's a beast and will take some serious abuse. Any other 24 would work, but might not be able to withstand the same level of punishment.

I definitely recommend using a hand strap on a neck strap because whenever I go out I hang from a rock somewhere with my arms outstretched and shoot blind while someone climbs up. The hand strap means I can do this more comfortably and am less likely to drop my kit in the process. Breaking something (camera or person) is never the end of a fun day.

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have long been synonymous with a kind of life and a label for a generation. In those years, our dreams were broken, and our souls were tightly wrapped around this prosperous city. I went here with hope. Even those who have never been there have a dream here.

I don’t regret going to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, I just regret not returning to my hometown sooner. Today I picked up a friend who went to Guangzhou after graduating from college. Like most people, he went there with a dream and stayed there for four years. Four years is a whole college time, and another beautiful youth is given to the city of Guangzhou. He said, I have never regretted coming to this city. This place once gave me hope. When I first came here, I believed that anything is possible as long as I work hard. Life will never let down a person who works hard. My efforts have indeed brought some gains. At that time, I couldn't stand the low wages in my hometown, so I went to Guangzhou for a while, a joint venture that I was very satisfied with in all aspects. The wages are indeed much better than those in my hometown, and people feel comfortable. Although the work pace is a bit faster, it is very fulfilling. As long as you are willing to work hard and there is no lack of opportunities, the most important thing is that people are more valuable. The biggest difference between small cities and big cities is that big cities have more opportunities and people are more valuable.
