Should every activity of the Calligraphy Association be reported in the Federation of Literary and Art Circles?

Article 6

The Federation of Literary and Art Circles is the bridge and link between the Party and the government and the vast number of literary and art workers. Strengthening the leadership of various literary and art societies is an important task of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Article 7

Writers' Association, Calligraphers' Association, Artists' Association, Cantonese Opera Artists Association, Photographers' Association, Music Association, Dance Association, Fenggang Folk Writers Association, Recitation Association, Kirin Association, Wan Xin People's Cultural Exchange Association and ballroom dancing Association are legal entities registered in Fenggang Social Affairs Office, and are group members of Fenggang Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The Federation of Literary and Art Circles is the competent department of each association, which gives professional guidance, supervision and management to each association.

Article 8

Association general election. Candidates are elected by the Council of the Association, who will introduce the relevant information of the candidates to the members' congress of the Association in the name of the Council, explain the reasons for recommendation, and then organize all members to participate in the election in accordance with the articles of association of the Association. The vice-chairman of the Association is nominated by the Council meeting of the Association and submitted to the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of the Town for review.
