Not sleeping will consume bile, and in severe cases, it will produce "fear", which is what modern medicine calls depression. 1: 00-3: 0 is ugly, and the liver meridian is the most prosperous. Need deep sleep! This is the best time for liver repair. Waste blood needs to be eliminated, and fresh blood needs to be produced, all of which must be done in an ugly time.

At this point, you must go into a deep sleep state and let the liver get enough energy. If you don't fall asleep, the liver is still outputting energy to support people's thinking and action, so you can't complete metabolism and get liver disease easily.

9 pm to 3 am is the best time for people to sleep. Sleep in other time periods can hardly replace "day and winter".
