How to write the authorization agreement for photography models?

I often take pictures these days. A photographer heard that he was working as an editor and needed my photo to be published in a magazine. I don't know this company. I've never been here. I hope someone who knows can take a look at it for me. I'm afraid there will be problems in the future, such as forcing me to make some films I don't want to make. Thank you! !
