Is what Hubble saw really just synthetic?

Needless to say, the photos taken by Hubble telescope, all the color deep space photos of the observatory are multi-channel! Of course, there are still some colors in the bright emission nebula photos taken by large-aperture telescope, but the contrast between the background and the target celestial body is very poor due to the influence of light damage. Therefore, celestial photography needs LRGB multi-channels, as well as dark fields, which also need three groups before, during and after shooting, as well as bright and flat fields with high requirements!

Hubble structure

Of course, the Hubble telescope working in space does not have to worry about light damage at all, because there is no light damage that will affect it. The only thing to consider is the relative position of the target celestial body with the sun and moon that have already circled the earth! Because changing positions from time to time will affect continuous exposure!

Hubble's longest shot is the ultra-deep open field, with the purpose of evaluating and discovering the deepest galaxy in the universe. The total exposure time of this lens exceeds 1 1 day +4.5 days. The synthesized Hubble ultra-deep open field is as follows:

This is Hubble's ultra-deep vision.

If the color is really like this, even under the Hubble telescope, it can't escape this spell. The color of the universe is very pale. Even if you can see colors, all colors don't exist!

Therefore, in order to meet the needs of color photos, there must be at least three channels of RGB colors. If you add colors in other bands such as infrared and ultraviolet, the colors will be richer, and even photos in radio bands will be superimposed. The range of celestial bodies may be obviously beyond your imagination!

The inverted photo of optical band M8 1, the photo of radio band 2 1CM on the right, radio band and visible light show the whole structure of M8 1 fully!

So basically, the photos released by Hubble are all modified, and there is no problem at all in a sense, but many conspiracy theorists tend to make a fuss about this issue, because the word "modification" is not so nice, just like all kinds of PS photos. Simply put, this PS is broken ... but the photos in the astronomical sense have to be PS-processed. Of course, this PS does not refer to PHOTSHOP. This is a processing process, or directing each channel to merge, or reducing noise, or superimposing, or eliminating light damage, etc ... This is a daily operation process, showing the details of the shooting target, which is not what you think. .....

So you can enjoy it with confidence. What you see is not fake, but many celestial features that you can't see are displayed to the extent that you can see them with the naked eye. If you want to see the real sky, then I'm sorry, you have to prepare a lot of equipment yourself. The naked eye may not be enough, and deep space photography equipment is needed. Maybe ... this is beyond the ability of ordinary people, not only a matter of money, but also a lot of time and time from the day to find the best weather ...! ! The final result will let you down! ! !
