What kinds of rock tea are there?

There are five varieties of rock tea: Dahongpao, Mingcong, Cinnamon, Narcissus and Zhong Qi.

1, Dahongpao

Dahongpao is tightly knotted in shape, and its colors are green, brown and fresh. After brewing, the soup is bright orange, and the leaves are red and green. Typical leaves have the aesthetic feeling of green leaves and red edges.

There are two kinds of Dahongpao, one is blended Dahongpao, and the tea maker makes Dahongpao have the characteristics of changeable aroma and mellow soup through the perfect collocation of different tea leaves. The other is pure Dahongpao, which is bred from the mother tree Dahongpao. This kind of tea largely retains the characteristics of the mother tree Dahongpao.

2. Narcissus

Narcissus strips are fat, dark green and bright, the pulse width of leaf base is flat and obvious, the fragrance is long and fragrant like orchids, the taste is strong and mellow, the aftertaste is sweet and refreshing, the soup color is dark orange yellow or golden yellow, the leaf bottom is soft and bright, the cinnabar edge is obvious, and it is resistant to brewing, so it is called "alcohol and narcissus".

In narcissus, there are concepts of old clump and high clump. Old bush refers to tea trees with a tree age of more than 60 years. The old daffodils are of outstanding quality and full of coolness. Tea soup is mellow, thick, smooth, fragrant and resistant to foaming. Narcissus refers to tea trees aged 30-60. The overall taste is more tender than that of the old cluster, and all aspects are slightly inferior to that of the old cluster narcissus.

3. cinnamon

Cinnamon strips are compact, fragrant and sharp, like cinnamon. The taste is mellow, refreshing and exciting. The soup color is orange to golden yellow, transparent, and the green leaves at the bottom of the leaves are bright and soft.

With the progress and improvement of cinnamon technology, different flavors have appeared. There are three common fragrances: cinnamon, floral and fruity. Cinnamon is famous for its domineering quality. Cinnamon with good quality has high aroma, mellow taste and resistance to brewing.

5. Strange species

Exotic species is a local vegetable tea in Wuyishan, and its complexity exceeds that of famous plants. Vegetable tea belongs to the shrubby mesophyll, but there are many varieties. Most of the hundreds of tea varieties recorded in the history of Wuyi tea are this kind of tea.

Strange species have been planted for a long time, and many don't know their names for a long time. In addition, sexual reproduction is easily influenced by other plants, making it more mysterious. The color, fragrance and taste of exotic species are similar to those of famous species.
