Gallbladder stones are negative stones: secondly, 80% ~ 90% of gallstones are negative stones, which can not be seen on plain films and can only be shown by comparison. Cholecystography often shows most of the accumulated filling defects, which are round or polygonal. Sometimes the stones are too small but the density of gallbladder development is too high, and the supine shadow is often unclear, so it is necessary to take a standing film and a pressure film. Because of the different specific gravity, gallstones float on or in the middle of the contrast medium, showing a horizontally arranged low-density shadow, or sink to the bottom of the gallbladder. A pile of low-density images can be found, and the overlap of intestinal gas and gallbladder leads to misdiagnosis, which requires changing posture photography or multiple photographic observations, and can also be used as tomography to avoid the overlap of intestinal gas.
