How to control camera time-lapse photography with 4200 software

You can set it by the following steps:

1. Open Hikvision 4200 software, select the camera to be controlled in the left device tree, right-click "Device Configuration" and select "IO Configuration" option.

2. In the IO configuration interface, find the relay output option and select the relay channel to be controlled.

3, set the relay output mode, generally there are two kinds of automatic mode and manual mode. In automatic mode, when the camera detects an event (such as motion detection), it will automatically trigger the relay output; In manual mode, manual operation is required to trigger the relay output.

4. Set the action mode of relay output, generally including normally closed and normally open. Normally closed means that the initial state is off and the relay is closed after being triggered; Normally open means that the initial state is closed and the relay is disconnected after being triggered.

5. Set the state holding time of the relay output, that is, the length of the relay output holding time.

6. After setting, click OK to save.
