Life is full of flavors, you must try it.

Because of the serious dental problems, there is always a lot of food to eat during dental treatment, and I always feel that life is not very comfortable. I didn't want to eat at first, but once I was restricted, I had extravagant hopes, and then I was dissatisfied because I couldn't eat it. People always live a little distorted.

Actually, I am not picky about food. I'm always "whatever, whatever." Therefore, my family seldom asks for my advice, and I always eat with meals. Later, when you can do something, just look at what you have at home and do it casually.

But I always remember being a little picky when I was a child.

I remember when I was a child, there were always many taboos for no reason. There are always some dishes I haven't eaten. My parents said they were used to it. At the dinner table, my grandmother always gives some comments on the dishes first. "My grandson wants to eat this." This dish is closer to me. "My grandson doesn't want to eat this." This dish is a little far from me. Maybe I don't know if I really didn't want to eat at that time, or if I really didn't want to eat after listening to my grandmother's words. I want both.

But with the growth of age, things that I didn't want to eat as a child were gradually accepted. Maybe I grew up and experienced more, and began to pay attention to the properties of food. Or maybe it's a little bitter, tolerant, and not so melodramatic. Maybe I'm a little bold, not as obedient as I was when I was a child, and dare to try it myself. To sum up, I have adapted to "whatever, whatever, whatever". But I still want to go back to the dinner table when I was a child and listen to my grandmother nagging on the table. People are always dissatisfied, either pursuing the illusion ahead or passing by the past.

No matter what it is based on, people's preferences will always change, just like when instant noodles first appeared as a child, they were never regarded as emergency food, but as "delicious food". There was no hope of eating them often at that time. Later, for a while, my independent life was very difficult, and I had instant noodles for three meals a day. I finally realized my childhood wish, but it also hurt my stomach. I don't want to eat any more. In this matter, I also learned that I can't make a wish casually, in case it comes true. Who knows?

In fact, when people grow up, they are always accepting new things, including food. There are always some things that will go from some resistance, to curiosity, to trying, to liking, to habit, to boredom, to rejection, to missing, and then to cycling.

Because I grew up in the north, I am used to eating northern food. Northern cuisine always pays more attention to seasoning than freshness, because when I was a child, there were not as many seasonal vegetables and live shrimps in the north as in the south. In winter, preserved vegetables and frozen meat are basically stored for winter, especially in Heilongjiang, where the winter time is always longer. Dishes with heavy taste can actually stimulate taste buds, increase appetite and accelerate blood circulation, especially stews, which always make people feel warm. It may also be because the north is cold, so it can better keep out the cold. What has been handed down is always reasonable and varies from place to place. However, I always feel tired after eating for too many years. At this time, many restaurants flaunting local flavor have appeared one after another, but the taste will actually be handled in a northern way to cater to northerners, which must have lost a lot of original flavor.

Later, more and more places came and went, and finally I tasted many different flavors. In recent years, I have eaten bait pieces, shredded milk powder and steamed chicken in Yunnan; Have eaten Shanghai's soup dumplings, fried and local dishes; I have eaten vinegar fish in Hangzhou and mandarin fish in Suzhou; I also talked about Xi 'an's face; I drank Luoyang soup. ................................................................................................................................................ .......................... But as Mr. Wang Zengqi wrote, "A person's tastes should be broader and more miscellaneous, and' sweet in the south and salty in the north, spicy in the east and sour in the west' should be tasted." Just because you don't like it for a while doesn't mean you don't like it for a lifetime. Just like those picky people when they were young, they should eat well when they grow up, and people will always change.

Life is full of flavor, you always have to taste it, otherwise it will never be complete. Through the increase of my thirst for food during this period, I also realized what eating is a blessing. I should try more while I can still eat, even if I don't like it.

Wang Lao said, "This is true for food and it should be true for culture.". I think "this is true for food, and it should be true for life".
