When was color photography invented?

It was invented in 1839. Since the invention of plate-making photography, colorful natural colors have always been the goal pursued by photographers. Before the invention of color photography, some customers often asked photographers to color their photos by hand, but these colors had nothing to do with the real colors. It was Hill who invented the earliest color plate-making technology and left a real-world color image on the photo for the first time.
