/kloc-one day in 0/826, Nipps, a Frenchman, spent eight hours taking the first photo in the world. This photo was taken from the window of Nipps's studio. There is a dovecote on the left, with the sloping roof of the warehouse in the middle, and a corner of the building can be seen on the right. Nipps called this photo "daylight painting".

1826, Nipps, a Frenchman, made the world's first camera: the latter camera was made of two wooden cases with ground glass, which could slide in the former camera including the lens holder. Another camera he made, the front and back parts are connected by a square leather cavity, and metal blades are installed to make the image clear. The camera is developed from the camera box of a portable drawing instrument in the17th century, and consists of lens, aperture and ground glass.
