Kindergarten information work plan

With the advent of the information age, informatization has entered the campus and started to play an important role in daily teaching and education. The following information work plan is hereby formulated:

I. Guiding ideology

Information group is divided into network group and information writing group, which are responsible for network construction and information and news management respectively. Under the leadership of the informatization leading group, the team members should strengthen coordination and close cooperation on the basis of a clear division of labor, and work together with Qi Xin to jointly promote the development of informatization construction.

2) Information center personnel should have a specific division of labor.

The management and maintenance of school intranet and campus links, and the maintenance of school information technology equipment are all implemented to people, which really makes the school informatization work orderly.

2. Strengthen the construction of the school website to better serve the school.

1) according to the teaching needs, enrich the functions and resources of the school website, strengthen its role among teachers, students and parents, strengthen the publicity of school information and enhance the school brand.

2) In order to further improve work efficiency and management level, the school further promotes the construction of management informatization. In the daily management of the school, we give full play to the role of the campus website. Weekly activities are uploaded in time, school activities are notified, and various work arrangements are publicized online, so that all teachers can understand the school-related information transparently and clearly.

3. Further strengthen teachers' information technology training.

1) Attend all kinds of training work of higher authorities on time, make records carefully, and organize young teachers to participate in training in time after returning to school.

2) Organize and train young teachers to use computers and make simple multimedia courseware with resources, so that every young teacher can skillfully use computers and make better use of educational resources.
