It better retains and reflects the traditional characteristics. The village landscape is divided into nine villages based on ethnic groups. Each village is self-contained and has a unique style. Some have thatched roofs, some have stone slabs covering the beams; some have dug holes for rooms and built stones for walls; some have built wood for columns and weaved bamboo for buildings; some have carved beams and painted buildings, and some are simple and elegant.
