1, according to the General Principles of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Article 11 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC),/kloc-citizens over the age of 0/8 are adults, who have full capacity for civil conduct and are able to conduct civil activities independently.
