Tourism strategy of Qingcheng Houshan

The travel strategy of Qingcheng Houshan is as follows:

1. Depart from Chengdu to the back of Qingcheng Mountain.

Friends who want to take a bus can take the high-speed train from Xipu to Qingchengshan Railway Station, which is very convenient. After arriving at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain, self-driving friends directly follow and navigate to the back of Qingcheng Mountain. The road up the mountain is not easy. This is a two-way one-way street, which is very narrow. Everyone should drive as slowly as possible. Novice drivers are not advised to drive by themselves.

Students who don't have cars go directly to the entrance of the scenic spot in front of Qingcheng Mountain, and some private cars and buses go behind Qingcheng Mountain. When you arrive at the gate of Qingcheng Houshan Scenic Area, restaurant owners will come out to solicit customers, let you eat in their restaurants, and then send you to Wulongdong Scenic Area, from where you will start your mountaineering trip.

If you want to have a meal after climbing the mountain, you can ask the boss to take you in. Some bosses are related to the staff in the scenic spot. For example, three people only need to buy tickets for two people, which can save some tickets. Whether this thing is needed or not depends on everyone.

2. Get off at Wulongdong-Baiyun Station.

Then climb all the way along the river, there will be many small waterfalls and a big waterfall, and the scenery is very good. If there is the sun, there is usually a rainbow when crossing the waterfall. The whole journey from Wulonggou to Baiyun cableway is about 2.5 kilometers, which takes two hours.

3. Baiyun Cableway Station-Baiyun Temple

After arriving at Baiyun cableway, everyone has three choices:

1, exhausted, don't want to climb the mountain, take the cableway down the mountain.

2. Take the cableway to the other side of the mountain (this is not recommended, the first cableway is more expensive, and the second cableway can't reach the top of the mountain, so you can only go to the other side of the mountain and climb Baiyun Temple to the top of the mountain for more than an hour).

3. Climb directly from Baiyun cableway to Baiyun Temple.

Because we climbed directly, I will focus on Scheme 3 and some points that need attention.

There seems to be only one public toilet from Wulonggou to the top of the mountain. I forget where it is, so if you want to go to the bathroom, it's better to be gay and find a place to solve it yourself. Lesbians are getting old. The only feasible way is to come to Baiyun cableway, where there are many farmhouses. You can buy a glass of water or snacks, and then borrow a toilet from the boss, and it's done.

There are many forks in the road from Baiyun cableway, and there are no signs. People who haven't walked easily go astray. When you meet a fork in the road, you can take out your mobile phone and look at the map. It won't be too wrong.

In Baiyun Temple, there will be a cliff cave where you can go to Baiyun Temple, which is full of Buddha statues. It's quite interesting, but I suggest you go down directly from the other side after climbing, because the Baiyun Temple above has not been built and there is no temple, but if you need to burn incense and worship Buddha, you can still go up and burn incense, with water and some food on it.

Pay attention to falling rocks and safety. People who are prone to catch a cold can take an umbrella, or water will drip from the top of the cliff. In many places, water overflows onto the roads. You'd better wear waterproof shoes or sandals. It is more comfortable to play in the water.

Four. Wanfoya-Tai 'an Ancient Town

All the way down from Wanfo Cliff, you can walk to Baiyun Cableway in about an hour. Those who have no physical strength can take the cableway directly from here.

Get off the Baiyun cableway and walk not far below. There is an interesting place here. Cuiying Lake can only be visited by boat, and there is no way to go. When you get here, you have to wait for the boat to pick you up at the ferry. After crossing Cuiying Lake, we can walk for about an hour and a half, and then we can reach the ancient town of Tai 'an. Since then, our journey has ended.
