The Travel Agency Business License is issued by the Policy and Regulation Department of the National Tourism Administration according to law. The establishment of any kind of travel agency must apply to the relevant tourism administrative departments.

When applying, the documents prepared in advance should be submitted to the tourism administrative department that accepts the application. After the application is approved, the tourism administrative department shall issue the Travel Agency Business License to the applicant who applies for approval, and the applicant shall obtain the business license from the administrative department for industry and commerce with the Travel Agency Business License. Travel agencies pay quality deposit: the quality deposit of travel agencies engaged in domestic and inbound tourism business is not less than 200,000 yuan; Every time a branch is established, 50,000 yuan will be deposited into the quality guarantee account of the branch. Travel agencies engaged in outbound tourism business, the quality guarantee is not less than 6.5438+0.4 million yuan; Every time a branch is established, 350,000 yuan will be deposited into the quality guarantee account of the branch. Travel agencies engaged in border tourism business should have a quality guarantee of not less than 500 thousand yuan; Every time a branch is established, RMB 654.38+10,000 yuan shall be added to the quality guarantee account of the branch.
