After the tourists sign the travel contract, we will provide you with travel accident insurance according to the provisions of personal accident insurance in the Tourism Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Travel Commitment 5: Travel Investigation and After-sales Service

If tourists take part in individual package tours, they will receive an after-sales service survey sent by our mobile phone short message at the end of the tour to find out how you feel about our travel arrangements and tour guide services during the whole tour, and please sign a travel opinion sheet after the tour.

If tourists take part in a small package tour with a guided car, on the last day of the tour, our staff above the manager level will visit the tourists in person in the restaurant to find out how you feel about the itinerary, accommodation, catering, tour guide, driver and other services during the whole tour, and please sign the tourist opinion form.

Travel Commitment 6: Free Pick-up Station

Free shuttle service (the shuttle location is railway station, long-distance bus station and civil aviation bus station).

Travel commitment 7: 2 hotlines, 24-hour service hotline and 24-hour complaint hotline.

Travel Commitment 8: Complaint Resolution Time

All complaints can be resolved in time, and those that cannot be handled at that time should be resolved before the end of the tour. Major complaints shall be handled by relevant departments.

Travel Commitment 9: Quit the group and relax.

If the tourists inform in advance 24 hours before the start of the tour, that is, before the two sides confirm and sign the travel contract, they will be fully refunded. If you leave the group due to the subjective and objective requirements of the guests during the tour, you will not be refunded. If the guests take the initiative to initiate a tour group because of our negligent arrangement, they will be fully refunded.
