Houba Village is located in the northeast of Shuanglin Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City. The Shuangma Highway from Shuanglin to Mayao runs through the whole village. It is 38 kilometers away from Huzhou City. It has a superior geographical location and very convenient transportation. There are currently 13 villager groups in the entire village, with a total number of 457 households and a total population of 1,704. There are currently 48 party members. In 2007, the total industrial and agricultural output value of the village reached 280 million yuan, and the per capita income of the village was 9,836 yuan.
