2. Appointment Instructions

The venue implements an online real-name system for making reservations for visits. It is necessary to register the name of the person making the appointment, valid ID number, visit time and other information. Both adults and children must make a reservation, and spectators without a reservation are not allowed to enter the venue. On-site ticket exchange and group reservations are suspended.

Online reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Tickets cannot be reserved for the same day. Tickets can be reserved for the next day and within seven days, subject to availability.

Please be sure to visit the museum on time during the reservation period. Overdue tickets will be automatically invalidated. If the reservation is successful but the visit is not on time, after three occurrences, the ID card information will be blacklisted and the annual admission qualification will be cancelled.

3. Capacity Restriction Measures

Reservation method: All reservations are made online. Audiences without reservations are not allowed to enter the venue.

Capacity limiting measures: The total number of visitors received per day shall not exceed 1,000. The instant reception capacity does not exceed 500 people, and the children's exhibition area does not receive more than 100 people. When the number of people in the museum reaches the limit, visitors will stop entering the museum. It is recommended that visitors visit within 2 hours to avoid gathering people in closed places.

Restrictions on visiting the children's exhibition area are: children aged 3-10 years old, or children under 1.4 meters in height, and each child must be accompanied by a guardian. Adults are not allowed to enter the children's exhibition area alone.

Opening scope: In order to avoid overcrowding of visitors, exhibits with a gathering nature in the venue are temporarily closed. Educational activities are suspended: team reception, regular free explanation services, young scientists and open science experiments; some special exhibits are temporarily suspended: 4D cinema and fantasy theater.

IV. Entry method

Admission to the museum is based on real-name system, please bring your ID card and other relevant documents.

Visitors must wear masks when entering the museum and cooperate with body temperature measurement.
