What are the tourist attractions in Nanxiong?

1. Zhuji Lane (Shashui Township) Zhuji Lane is located in Shashui Village, 9 kilometers north of Nanxiong. It was originally named Jingzong Lane. It is said that Zhang Chang, the filial son of Jingzong Lane, lived in the same house for seven generations during the Baoli period of Jingzong in Tang Dynasty. Hearing his filial piety in court, he put a pearl garland on him. In order to avoid the taboo of the ancestral hall, Jingzong Lane was renamed Zhuji Lane. The total length of Zhuji Lane is 1,500 meters, starting from Hummer Bridge in the south and ending at Phoenix Bridge in the north. The road is paved with cobblestones and is about 3-4 meters wide. The ancient post road passes through the alley, and the three gate towers in the south, middle and north of the alley were built in the early Qing Dynasty. About 20 meters away from the south gate, there is an ancient pagoda from the Yuan Dynasty called Hu Fei Pagoda (built in 1350 AD), and there is an ancient well next to it. It is said that Hu Fei joined it back then. 2. Guangdong Meiguan Ancient Road (Meiling Ancient Road) Meiguan Ancient Road Scenic Area is divided into two scenic spots, namely the Meiguan Ancient Road Scenic Area in Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province, with an entrance fee of 30 yuan, and the Meiguan Ancient Road Scenic Area in Dayu County, Jiangxi Province, with an entrance fee of 25 yuan. The establishment of the Meiguan Ancient Road began in the Qin Dynasty, and later the Guan Tower was destroyed by war. Therefore, from the Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, Meiling was only called a ridge, not a name. After Song Jiayou built the Guan Tower, it was called the Meiguan Ancient Road. Meiguan Ancient Trail is located at the top of Meiling, about 30 kilometers away from Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province. Meiling is a section of Dayu Ridge, one of the Five Mountains (Nanling Mountains), so Meiling is also called Dayu Ridge. The name "Meiling" has been passed down since the end of the Warring States Period. Mei Si, a descendant of the King of Yue, led the Vietnamese people to move south to build the city and planted plum trees on the ridge, hence the name. 3. Nanling is the largest mountain range in southern China and an important natural geographical boundary. Approximately 24° 00' ~ 26° 30' north latitude, 110° ~ 116° east longitude. It spans between Hunan, Guangxi, Hunan and Guangdong, and extends eastward to southern Fujian. It is about 600 kilometers long from east to west and 200 kilometers wide from north to south. Nanling is also known as Wuling because it consists of five major mountain ranges: Yuesheng, Dobang, Jumong, Qitian and Dayu. Nanling is one of China's famous belt-shaped structural belts, and its base was formed by the Caledonian movement. The Yanshan movement formed dome structures and anticline structures, forming the Nanling.
