A Hong Kong and Macao pass endorsement can be used for one round trip. The visa stipulates that the visa is calculated once in and out, and the stay in Hong Kong or Macau cannot exceed 7 days at a time. After traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao within one year, you can apply for an endorsement again. There is no limit to the number of applications. The Hong Kong and Macao Pass is a pass for mainland residents to travel to Hong Kong and Macao. Since Hong Kong and Macao have different characteristics in politics, economy, culture, etc., the Hong Kong and Macao Pass endorsement regulations are also different.
According to the regulations of the mainland public security department, the current Hong Kong and Macau pass endorsement can be used for one round trip, that is to say, the holder can stay in Hong Kong or Macau for 7 days, and then must leave Hong Kong or Macau and return to the mainland. If you need to travel to Hong Kong or Macau again, you need to apply for a visa again.
When applying for a Hong Kong and Macao pass endorsement, you need to provide your identity documents, the purpose of traveling to Hong Kong and Macao, and your itinerary plan. Depending on the situation, the application time and application method for endorsement may also be different. For example, if it is a trip to and from Hong Kong and Macao, you can apply online; if it is a business trip, you need to apply at the relevant department.
Types of endorsements:
1. Group travel endorsement (L)
You can only enter customs from Shenzhen or Zhuhai. Can you fly directly with a group travel endorsement? For Macau Airport, you need to confirm with the airline you booked and the local immigration.
2. Personal travel endorsement (G)
You can fly directly to Macau from the local area, or you can pass through the customs in Zhuhai. There are no restrictions.
3. Relative Visiting Endorsement (T)
Those who visit brothers, sisters, (maternal) grandparents, (maternal) grandchildren, can issue a 3-month endorsement to stay in Hong Kong or Macau No more than 14 days; if you are visiting your spouse, parents or spouse’s parents, children or children’s spouse, you can issue a three-month multiple visa, and your stay in Hong Kong or Macau will not exceed 90 days from the date of first entry.
4. Business endorsement (S)
According to the filing regulations, registered enterprise personnel can issue endorsements once every 3 months, multiple endorsements every 3 months, or more than 1 year. For multiple visas (excluding visas for Macau), each stay in Hong Kong or Macau shall not exceed 7 days. Unregistered enterprise personnel and individual industrial and commercial operators will be issued a three-month endorsement, and their stay in Hong Kong or Macau will not exceed 7 days.
5. Stay endorsement (D)
For employment in Macao, the validity period of the endorsement shall be as approved by the Immigration Affairs Department of the Macao Public Security Police Force or the Macao Human Resources Office and the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture. For relatives of persons going to work in Macao, the validity period of the endorsement shall be based on the period approved by the Immigration Affairs Department of the Macao Public Security Police Force. The holder's stay in Macao shall not exceed the validity period of the Macao stay permit.
6. Other endorsements (Q)
A three-month one-time endorsement and a three-month two-time endorsement can be issued according to the reason; for applicants who go to Hong Kong and Macao for medical treatment, and who go to Hong Kong and Macao to visit Immediate relatives and spouses of critically ill patients can, after submitting corresponding certification materials, issue other types of endorsements multiple times within three months, with each stay in Hong Kong or Macau not exceeding 14 days.
