Zhandanzhao Sumu has rich resources, outstanding advantages and unique advantages.

First, it has convenient transportation and superior location. 210 National Highway, Yangba Line, Jiechai Line, and Baoxi Railway all run through the territory; it has obvious advantages in being close to the city. With the continuous acceleration of the urban construction of Shushuzhao Town, it will definitely be integrated into the economic circles of Baotou and Shushuzhao.

Second, the resources are abundant and urgently need to be developed. There is "Wujin" in the south, with preliminary proven coal reserves of 2.67 billion tons; in the north is the Yellow River alluvial plain, with well-equipped irrigation facilities, and is a national commercial grain base; in the middle there are ancient temples, magical sand, and wonderful deserts Unique tourism resources such as scenery, grasslands with abundant water and grass, simple ethnic customs and rich ethnic culture, specific natural environment, and long history have created the prerequisites for Zhandanzhaosumu to develop tourism. There are currently three scenic spots that have been developed. One is the national AAAA-level famous Xiangshawan Tourist Scenic Area, which integrates tourism, accommodation, catering, and shopping; Kubuqi Desert tourist attraction.

The third is the Guangci Temple tourist attraction with a history of more than 300 years; the Elintan grassland that needs to be developed urgently is located in Zhandanzhao Gacha, on the northern edge of the Kubuqi Desert.
