An essay on the benefits of tourism.

Of all the places I have been to, Tibet impressed me the most.

Tibet is not an easy place to go. It's fast and convenient to fly to Tibet, but I'm not interested at all. It only takes one hour to fly from Chengdu, Sichuan to Lhasa, but it took me about a month.

There are four ways to enter Tibet from other provinces in China. I came from Xinjiang-that's the hardest way. It takes 36 hours from Yecheng to Ali, and more than 60 hours from Ali to Lhasa, all by car. Xinzang Highway is one of the highest highways in the world. I have to go through several sections at an altitude of 5000 meters, with an average height of more than 4000 meters, and the road is difficult to walk.

From Yecheng to Ali, I suddenly felt a headache and my consciousness gradually blurred. At that time, I didn't know much about altitude sickness. I just hoped to arrive soon. I lay looking out of the window-ah! How beautiful! It's a landscape that can't be expressed in any words. I have never seen such a vast and boundless plateau scenery in my life. But what surprised me more was the life of Tibetans. In fact, Tibet is not a pleasant place. At such a high altitude, the weather is generally cold and dry, which is not good for human life at all. So their lives are generally very hard. However, the Buddhist beliefs and simple life of Tibetans are really admirable.

This is what I felt when I traveled to Tibet the year before last autumn. In fact, Tibet is the hardest place I have ever been. It can be said, "You can go to Tibet or anywhere in the world." When I encounter some difficulties in my daily life, I often think of my days in Tibet. This makes me full of hope for life. That trip was the most unforgettable one in my life.

I believe everyone has seen such advertisements. The general content is: life is like a trip. What matters is not the destination, but the scenery on the journey and the mood to see it, so that the soul can travel.

The mind is our other pair of eyes. When it is bright, it is brighter and clearer than eyes and as precious as crystal. But when it turns black, it is the most evil thing in the world. It loses its original luster and is not beautiful.

Over the years, releasing my mind has become my favorite thing to do.

I let it fly freely, and it made me feel the joy of freedom. Freedom of mind is more relaxed than personal freedom, which makes me feel comfortable all over. Even when I am most helpless and not free, as long as my mind is free, I can be optimistic, which may be the benefit of flying my mind.

My mind is free, so I never feel depressed. My classmates are very curious about this. When they found out, they thought it was nonsense, which made me feel sorry for them. If you don't let go of your thoughts, you can't get the freedom of life. Don't they understand?

My success comes from the comfort of my heart at most, which has given me brilliance.

The release of the soul has given me more joy, made me understand more life, made me feel more love and hate, and the ups and downs of the world. Flying hearts are like dandelions flying in the air. It is so small, yet so elegant, beautiful and pure, just like angels in white in heaven.

If my mind is transparent, then I am happy. If my mind is pink, then I am happy.

Let go of your heart and be happy; Let go of troubles, hatred and helplessness. Let go of your heart and give you a blue sky full of hope.
