Qinhuai Lantern Festival
On the 14th and 15th day of the first lunar month, every day 14:00-22:00, admission to the core scenic spot of Confucius Temple is free by booking electronic tickets, with 400,000 tickets per day.

On the 14th and 15th of the first month (18th and 19th of February), relevant subway stations jumped off the building and ran.
Some bus lines were adjusted.

Admission time by ticket: February 18, February 19, 2008 (14th and 15th day of the first lunar month), from 04: 00 to 22: 00 every day; Admission is free at other times.
The central scenic spot where tickets enter: the enclosed area of Confucius Temple in the east, west and north of Qinhuai River, including Gong Yuan Street, Gong Yuan West Street, Dongshi, Xishi, Wende Bridge and Wenyuan Bridge. Scenic spots such as Dacheng Hall, Imperial Examination Museum, cruise ship and Li's former residence need to be purchased separately.
Number of tickets issued: 400,000 tickets will be issued every day on 14 and 15 in the first month until the ticket delivery is over.

When there are still a large number of passengers in the Confucius Temple area at night, the subway department will delay the line and encrypt the frequency.

Temporary traffic control on some roads
The public security traffic control department will temporarily control some roads during the Lantern Festival.
February 15th, 16th, 17th and 20th (11th, 12th, 13th and 16th of the first month)
Every day 12: 00 to 23: 00, except for special vehicles performing tasks, other motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through the closed areas of Changle Road, Zhonghua Road, Jiankang Road, Pingjiangfu Road (inclusive) and Tietang Lane (from Madao Street to the city wall section).
February 18 and 19( 1 month 14 and 15).
Every day 12: 00 to 23: 00, except for special vehicles performing tasks, other motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through the closed areas of Changle Road, Zhonghua Road, Jiankang Road (inclusive), Pingjiangfu Road (inclusive) and Tong Tong Lane (from Madao Street to the wall section).
On the peak viewing day, the public security traffic management department will take other temporary traffic control measures on the surrounding roads according to the actual traffic situation.
When the traffic flow in the Confucius Temple and its surrounding road area is large, the control area will be extended to Changle Road, Zhonghua Road (inclusive), Jiankang Road (inclusive) and Changbai Street, and traffic control will be implemented on Zhonghua Road (Changle Road to Baixia Road). Except for special vehicles that perform tasks, other motor vehicles are prohibited from entering. The traffic control department will implement classified diversion at the intersections of Zhongshan East Road, Changfu Street and Baixia Road on the first line of Taiping South Road, prohibiting motor vehicles from driving along Taiping South Road to Confucius Temple, and implementing remote diversion at the intersections of Changbai Street and Jiankang Road on Baixia Road, prohibiting motor vehicles from driving to Confucius Temple.
When the traffic volume in Laomendong area is too large, temporary traffic control measures are taken in Madao Street and Tietang Lane to prohibit motor vehicles from passing.
The east archway and the north archway in the core scenic spot of Confucius Temple are used as entrance tickets, and other crossings (such as Xiagongdao, Wendeqiao, Wenyuan Bridge and Confucius Temple Primary School) are used as exits to guide tourists.
From February 17 to February 2 1, 4 sections and 40 sections were opened;
February 18 -20, session 1 opening.
4-way dividing line: Confucius Temple to Yin Cheng East Garden. Get off at Daguang Road via Baixia Road and take the bus back to the original line via Taiping South Road to the Confucius Temple.
Line 40: Confucius Temple to Yuan Yue Community. Get off at Longpan Middle Road via Baixia Road, take an empty bus to Confucius Temple via Taiping South Road, and drive along the original route.
1 Route: Gulou to Changbai Street. Return to the original line from Drum Tower Turntable via Zhongshan Road, Zhongshan East Road, Taiping South Road, Baixia Road, Jiankang Road (one-way to Changbai Street Station), Changbai Street (one-way to Changbai Street Station) and Baixia Road, and get off at Changbai Street Station on the east side of Changbai Street Road.
In addition, from February 16 and February 17 to 23: 00, Changle Road, Zhonghua Road, Jiankang Road and Pingjiangfu Road (inclusive) are closed.
And the hoop pond lane (from Madao Street to the wall section), except for special vehicles performing tasks, other motor vehicles are prohibited from passing.
Every February 18 and 19, 12:00-23:00.
On the basis of the above-mentioned control areas, Jiankang Road will also be banned, and the surrounding bus lines will be temporarily bypassed.
