Can't special forces play videos at work?

Special forces can't open videos in the unit.

It is strictly forbidden to reveal the identity of a soldier. Military photos and videos are not allowed.

The Regulations on Military Secrecy is a law made by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Central Military Commission (CMC), People's Republic of China (PRC), in order to do a good job in the military secrecy of the China People's Liberation Army and promote the new development of military secrecy. It shall come into force on March 1 day, 2020. Article 6 1 in chapter 10 of the Regulations aims to strengthen the confidentiality work in important areas.

In accordance with the principles of keeping secrets under the Party's control, being consistent in peacetime and wartime, giving prominence to key points and taking comprehensive precautions, efforts should be made to effectively deal with the grim situation faced by the security work, vigorously crack the realistic contradictions and deep-seated crux of the security work, reconstruct and reshape the military security work management system, scientifically standardize the security and decryption of military secrets, improve and perfect the educational management measures for secret-related personnel, innovate the security management mode of the military secret vector, and focus on the security and confidentiality of the information network system. Strictly keep smart electronic equipment confidential, comprehensively strengthen the confidentiality of important matters in important fields such as major military activities, news propaganda, integration of defense and civilian technologies, foreign military cooperation, weapons and equipment, establish a system for identifying and reporting leaks, refine and clarify the disciplinary requirements for violating confidentiality provisions, effectively improve the modernization, rule of law and scientific level of confidentiality work, and promote the new development of military secrecy work at a new starting point.
