Can I travel to North Korea?

North Korea can't travel freely yet, so it must go to North Korea in the form of a group tour. According to the regulations of the DPRK, foreigners' residence and travel procedures during their stay in the DPRK must be assisted by the reception unit of the DPRK, and applicants cannot apply directly. In addition, the diet, accommodation and itinerary during the trip to North Korea need to be arranged by the institutions stationed in North Korea, and individuals cannot book and pay. Therefore, after tourists arrive in North Korea, they must not rush to leave the team to play.

Climatic characteristics

North Korea belongs to the temperate East Asian monsoon climate. It is warm and rainy in summer and cold and dry in winter. The annual average temperature is 8 ~ 12℃, and the annual average precipitation is 1000 ~ 1200mm. The rainfall from June to September accounts for 70% of the whole year. The annual average precipitation is about 1500mm, which gradually decreases from south to north. The average temperature in winter is below zero.
