How to identify the authenticity of a travel contract·

The following points should be noted about the contract:

1. The subject of the contract should go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to check whether the company exists. Ask the other party to provide business license verification!

2. Seam seal. Generally, contracts must have a seam seal to prevent page changes;

3. Signatory. The signer is generally the legal representative of the enterprise. If you are not the legal representative, you are required to issue a power of attorney from the company!

4. Seal. The seal must be an official seal registered with the Public Security Bureau and cannot be a private seal. For example, the business seal of xx company should be a private seal and not protected!

5. Regarding the contract terms, you should pay attention to review whether the contract terms are reasonable and whether there is the possibility of contract fraud;

6. Regarding the ability to perform the contract, the other party must provide evidence of the ability to perform the contract!

If you cannot tell the authenticity of the contract, you can ask a lawyer to evaluate the authenticity of the contract. Or ask a lawyer to issue a legal opinion on the rationality, fairness, and operability of the contract.
