In response to these problems, the National Tourism Administration will prohibit travel agencies from collecting travel fees for two or more tourist routes at one time. When traveling abroad, outbound travel agencies collect deposits and must adopt a fund custody method with bank participation. , the deposit shall not be collected directly in cash or cash transfer, tourists shall not be required to deposit the outbound travel deposit directly into the corporate account of the travel agency or the personal account of its staff, and the collected outbound travel deposit shall not be used for other purposes.

In addition, the National Tourism Administration will comprehensively investigate the issuance and performance of prepaid cards by travel agencies.
