(1) Target: Those who come to China for tourism, visiting relatives or entering the country for other private purposes may apply for L-shaped visas (including visa extension, visa signing and visa change).
(2) Application materials:
1. Fill in the complete application form for visa and residence permit for foreigners, and submit two recent two-inch full-face bareheaded half-length color photos;
2 copies of valid international travel documents (including diplomatic, official, ordinary business, ordinary passport and other documents), and submit the original;
3. Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of Overseas Personnel;
4. Certificates related to the application (certificates issued by overseas institutions must be certified by China embassies and consulates abroad or relevant departments):
(1) tourists
(1) To apply for an individual tourist visa, you must provide an official letter from the reception unit; If there is no reception unit, economic proof (cash, traveler's checks, money orders, cash cards, etc. , calculated at $ 100 per day) must be provided to ensure the living expenses in China;
② Applications for group tourist visas will not be accepted in principle. Due to force majeure, you can apply for a zero-time group visa with a validity period corresponding to the actual situation, and you can only apply once, and you must provide an official letter from the reception unit;
③ To apply for group visa separation, the separated personnel can apply for a zero-time visa with the validity period of 1 month, and must provide the official letter of the receiving unit;
(4) Those who apply for the replacement of the lost group visa can apply for a zero-time visa with the same stay period as the original visa, and must provide the official letter from the reception unit and a copy of the entry group visa.
(2) Visitors:
① If the applicant is a citizen of China and holds a permanent residence permit in China, the foreign spouse, parents and children under the age of 18 shall provide the following materials:
I. Proof of kinship
Foreign spouses must provide marriage certificates; Foreign parents must provide proof of kinship; Foreign children must provide birth certificates or proof of kinship.
B, the identity certificate of the interviewee
A. Mainland residents visiting relatives in China must provide proof of their relatives' permanent residence in the local area or relevant proof of their actual place of residence and their identity cards;
B. To visit overseas Chinese, relatives' China passports and foreign residence certificates must be provided, and the overseas Chinese's permanent residence certificate is more than 6 months (proof that they have lived in their place of residence for 6 months);
C. To visit Hong Kong and Macao residents, they shall provide Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland to visit relatives or Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' home visits, and permanent residence certificates for Hong Kong and Macao residents for more than 6 months (proof that they have lived in their places of residence for 6 months);
D. To visit residents of Taiwan Province Province, they shall provide their relatives' travel permits from mainland travel permit for taiwan residents or the People's Republic of China and permanent residence certificates for residents of Taiwan Province Province for more than 6 months (proof that they have lived in their place of residence for 6 months);
E. To visit foreigners who hold the Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners in China, they must provide the Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners of their relatives.
② If the applicant is a foreign spouse of a foreign student, a child under the age of 18, a parent of a foreign student under the age of 18, or an overseas guardian, the following materials shall be provided: a. Proof of kinship The foreign spouse must also provide a marriage certificate; Foreign children must also provide proof of kinship; The guardian must also provide a power of attorney from the parents of international students.
