Cangshan Xipo Garden

Cangshan West Slope Garden is located in the middle of Cangshan West Slope, Yangjiang Town, Yangbi County. It is an important part of Cangshan Erhai National Scenic Area, with an altitude of 2,400-3,900 meters and an area of 30 square kilometers. It is mainly a terrestrial ecosystem of forest, grass and shrub cascade broad-leaved forest represented by rhododendron.

It takes two hours to get there from Dali.

From March to May every year, from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, red azaleas, pink azaleas, white azaleas and yellow azaleas bloom one after another, and the mountains are full of beautiful flowers. The most distinctive is rhododendron (Rhododendron, Ma Yinghua and Rhododendron), one after another.

However, in the big garden, countless flower trees that are also full of flowers gather together and bloom with overwhelming power, which is a magnificent group.

Xiaguan-Dabao expressway in Dali is out of Yangbi County (highway, 38km with secondary oil road)-Yangbi Yangjiang Town (third oil road of Pingdian Highway, Mayang Line, with different mileage to various scenic spots). See the corresponding road sign and turn right.

To the north of Yangbi County, from the county fork, in turn:

Km, turn right at Shizhong Village (south of Sheng Mao River Bridge) to Cangshan, there are signposts, follow the asphalt road, then go to Tianfu Bridge and take the dirt road. Go straight up the hill 1 1km to Malutang Huashu. Suvs and vans are feasible, but cars are not.

17km, turn right at Xiaohe East, pass Shangyi Village and Li Ziyuan to Guanpingping (4km cement road, 6km boulder road, 2km dirt road, the road above Shiban road is narrow and steep, so pay attention to safety.

20km, turn right at Jinzhanhe Power Station, cross the station pool for 7km to Taoshuping or Dongguaping Village (Taoshuping also has farmhouse accommodation). The earth-rock road is very wide. It takes about 40 minutes to walk 1.5km to Guanfangping (there are many pink azaleas in this road, so it is not tiring to walk).

23 kilometers, turn right at the fork of Annan village, and 5 kilometers to Annan village and Yinjia village, with a slightly gentle slope and a good tree shape.
