Engaged in teaching and research of tourism management for a long time, 1998 was identified as the training object of young backbone teachers in Hunan Province. He has presided over, undertaken and participated in more than 50 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and nearly 30 horizontal projects. Published books 17, such as Hunan Tourism Resources Development Research, Tour Guide Research, Tour Guide Basis, Tour Guide Theory and Practice, and Hunan Tour Guide Selection, and published them in Journal of Tourism, Guangming Daily and other publications. From 2006 to 2008, he was awarded the first-class merit by the Organization Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial Personnel Department. 2008-20 10 was awarded as "Excellent Organization Worker" in Hunan Province, and won the third class merit. 20 1 1 was awarded as "national advanced individual in red tourism" and won this honor as the only representative of colleges and universities in China.
