What is the reason why the weather is hot and cold?

The angle between the equatorial plane of the earth's rotation and the ecliptic plane is 23 degrees and 26 minutes. During the revolution and rotation of the earth, the direct rays of the sun will move before the tropic of cancer on both sides of the equator. When the sun shines north of the equator and before the Tropic of Cancer, it is summer in the northern hemisphere and winter when it shines between the equator and the Tropic of Cancer.
