Yao, born in1September 1999, 1963, was born in Yancheng, Jiangsu. Party member, 1983, joined the work in August. Doctor of Science, Department of Meteorology, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, senior engineer in research.

He is currently Party Secretary and Director of Beijing Meteorological Bureau, Director of Beijing Weather Modification Office, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Beijing Disaster Reduction Association, and Vice President and Secretary General of Beijing Meteorological Society. Presided over the overall work of Beijing Meteorological Bureau, in charge of personnel and disaster reduction association.

Deng Beisheng,1born in June 1962, from pingdu city, Shandong Province,1joined the China * * production party in June 1986, 1984 graduated from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology with a bachelor's degree, and1joined the work in August 1984 as an associate professor.

Wang Yingchun, born in February, 196 1, was born in Hailong county, Jilin province./kloc-0 joined the China * * * production party in June, 1987. 1987 graduated from Nanjing University majoring in meteorology and weather dynamics, and 1982 joined the work in August. He is a senior engineer at the research level.

He is currently a member of the party group and deputy director of Beijing Meteorological Bureau, and concurrently the director of Beijing Urban Meteorological Engineering Technology Research Center, in charge of scientific research, policies and regulations, scientific and technological services, meteorological society, and assisting in business management and regional coordination.

Qu Xiaobo, 1962, born in Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, party member, 1984, joined the work in July, 1990, graduated from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology with a master's degree in weather dynamics. He is a senior engineer at the research level.

He is currently a member of the party group and deputy director of Beijing Meteorological Bureau, in charge of business (including emergency disaster reduction, observation and forecast and regional coordination), service and modernization.

Feng Jichao, born in June, 1958, from Nantong, Jiangsu Province. 1joined the work in August 1975,1joined the China * * * production party in June 1997, graduated from the Central Party School with a bachelor's degree in administration, and worked as an engineer in February.

At present, he is a member of the party group and leader of the discipline inspection team of Beijing Meteorological Bureau, in charge of discipline inspection, supervision and auditing, and assists in the work of party building and spiritual civilization construction.

Yang Baozhong,1born in June 1952, native of Tianjin,1joined the work in August 1969,1joined the China * * * production party in June 1985,1graduated from Peking University Institute of Atmospheric Physics in June 1978 as an engineer.

He is currently an inspector of Beijing Meteorological Bureau, responsible for assisting the 12th Five-Year Plan and comprehensive transformation of stations.

Wang Yubin, born in1September 1999, 1952, was born in Dandong City, Liaoning Province. /kloc-0 joined the work in may, 1969;/kloc-0 joined the China * * * production party in June, 1974;/kloc-0 graduated from the general class of computational mathematics in March, 1975. He is a senior engineer at the research level.

He is currently the deputy inspector of Beijing Meteorological Bureau and the executive deputy secretary-general of Beijing Disaster Reduction Association, assisting the management and modernization of the Association. At present, he is a member of the party group and deputy director of Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.
