How long can Maotai be preserved after opening a bottle?
The shelf life is only a rough estimate, and it depends on many factors in real life, such as careless shaking or vibration, which will also accelerate the volatilization of wine, and strong light or high temperature will also change the wine body.
The unopened Maotai has no shelf life. After storage for 20-30 years, the taste and fragrance will become more mellow. But once opened, it will have the best shelf life, but the premise is to keep it properly, and there must be strict requirements on the bottle body, bottle mouth, temperature and humidity.
Extend the shelf life:
1, after the wine is opened, if you want not to leak the wine, don't run the wine, and have less contact with the air. The best way is to tighten the bottle cap first, and then wrap the raw material tape and plastic wrap around the bottle mouth many times to prevent the wine from volatilizing and producing peculiar smell.
Remember to seal the bottle with plastic wrap after the bottle mouth is sealed. The purpose is to prevent the wine label from becoming moldy and discolored.
3. Bottled wine should be stored vertically and not upside down. Don't move at will after choosing the place to put it.
4. Choose a dark, cool and ventilated place. The temperature should not exceed 30℃, and it is better to keep it between 15-20℃.
