Can humans change the weather?
I don't think so, because weather is formed by many factors, including geography, geology and so on. Human beings depend on nature to survive, and nature can give us a devastating blow. We can't control the weather, and the power of nature is no less than ours. Even if people can make artificial rainfall, it is extremely incomplete, but it is possible in a small scale. This is my personal opinion.
