Then I will share my self-driving trip to Tongjiang. This self-driving trip started from Jiamusi and took 3 hours to reach the Sanjiangkou Scenic Area of ??Tongjiang. Along the way, I saw the unique scenery of mountains and rivers in the northeast. The most beautiful scenery is on the road.

After getting off the expressway, walk along Sanjiangkou Street, ending at the starting point square of Tongsan Highway, which is also the core of the Sanjiangkou Scenic Area. Sanjiangkou Scenic Area in Tongjiang City is the confluence of Songhua River and Heilongjiang River. It is located 4 kilometers northeast of Tongjiang City. After the confluence, it is commonly known as "Hongtong River", hence the name "Sanjiangkou". It is one of the famous natural wonders in Northeast China. The most distinctive thing here is the "Tongsan" highway sign tower. The tower is 32 meters high and is completely white. It is abstracted from the first letters T and S of the Chinese pinyin of the two characters "Tong and San", which is very distinctive.

There is a set of exhibition boards on the east side of the starting point square, including a guide map of the Sanjiangkou Scenic Area. In fact, Sanjiangkou Scenic Area is a free park along the river. In addition to enjoying the majestic scenery of Sanjiang, you can also walk along the river. The main attractions are concentrated on the right side of the picture, including landscape monuments, boundary monuments, the Zodiac Garden, Landscapes such as the Wind and Rain Covered Bridge and the Hu Yaobang Memorial Garden are lined up along the river.

Sanjiangkou Landscape Monument - Hidden Dragon Stone, about 6 meters high. There is a lifelike "black dragon" coiled on the stele, symbolizing Heilongjiang. The dragon's head symbolizes Tongjiang, the starting point of Tongsan Highway, and the dragon's tail symbolizes Sanya, the destination of Tongsan Highway. The "Sanjiangkou" above is an inscription written by Mr. Yang Rudai, the former vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. This is also a place where tourists rush to take photos.

Adult Ceremony Square. The Coming of Age Ceremony, also known as the Hairpin Ceremony, represents a person's entry into adulthood.

The square frame represents strictness, the water landscape represents tolerance, and the colorful paving represents vitality. The entire square is classical and quiet, perfectly presenting the solemn atmosphere of the ancient crown and hairpin ceremony.

The sea of ????love. The Aegean Sea is a landscape area with the theme of romantic love. The landscape area is surrounded by dense trees, forming a relatively independent space. The mottled light and shadow are integrated with the tranquil lake light, creating a romantic atmosphere of love.

On the publicity board on the riverside, there are several important tips for border tourism. The biggest difference between traveling in border areas and traveling in the mainland is that if you don’t know where the national border is, then you are very likely to "mistakenly cross the border" while swimming. We need to understand the national border in the Longjiang section of China and Russia. Where? The national boundary line of Heilongjiang is on the center line of the main waterway, which means that Heilongjiang is actually divided equally between China and Russia. Especially during winter tourism, when standing on the Heilongjiang river, you must pay attention to your position. If you are caught crossing the border by Russia, you will be imprisoned and will be punished accordingly after returning to your country.

The solemn boundary monument No. 244. The weather at this time is mixed with light rain, there are few tourists, and large-scale renovation projects are underway along the river, which should be completed for the summer peak season.

Continuing forward, there is an Arabic-style building with a double-deck dome and an 80-meter-long white landscape corridor, which can be climbed to the second-floor viewing platform. Climbing high and looking north, you can see the "two-color water" flowing eastward. Cruise ships, freighters, warships, and foreign ships are busy on the river, and Russia is on the opposite side.

Look at the European-style building’s water pumping station from the second-floor viewing platform. The look of dark clouds is also unique.

In the dense forest beside the river, there is also a small Hu Yaobang Memorial Park, which has a unique cave. Sanjiangkou Scenic Area is a free riverside park, where you can enjoy the magical "Sanjiang Water", overlook the Russian town opposite, and experience the unique charm of a border town.
