Heavy rains in the upper reaches of Qujiang River in recent days have caused the river to rise sharply. The rare flood peak along the Yangtze River, which occurs once every 160 years, has seriously affected Yue Ming, Yongxing, Shuanghe and other towns in Huaying City in the middle and lower reaches. The affected population exceeds/kloc-0.04 million, and the direct economic loss is nearly 200 million yuan.
