Electric fan+ice = earth air conditioner. If you sleep with the air conditioner on all night, it will cause a series of diseases such as colds and colds. It is suggested that you make an "earth air conditioner": 20 minutes before going to bed, put an electric fan beside the bed and let the wind blow over the plate with ice cubes. As the ice melts, the room will soon cool down, which is conducive to sleep. If you feel hot when you sleep, you can turn the fan to the corner, which will not only prevent the wind from blowing directly on your body, but also accelerate the air flow in the bedroom and take away the heat.

Wash feet with cold water. When the core temperature of the body is high, there will be a lot of blood flowing to the feet, which is unbearable. It is suggested to wash feet with cold water before going to bed, so as to gradually cool down, reduce the core temperature of the body, increase comfort and be beneficial to sleep.

Put a spray bottle by the bed. When you feel the temperature is too high, spray some water mist on your face, and you will soon cool down.

Frozen pillowcase. Before going to bed, put the pillowcase in the refrigerator for a while. Doing so can keep the head cool, lower the body temperature and make people fall asleep more easily.

Wearing a slightly wet pajamas. Spray pajamas a little wet, or soak thin socks in cold water and sleep in them. If you feel uncomfortable sleeping with wet clothes, you can wet the towel with cold water and put it in the refrigerator 1 hour or so, and put it on your forehead when you sleep, or you can cool down.

Close the curtains in the afternoon. In a room with good lighting conditions or a sunny room in the afternoon and evening, curtains or blinds can be drawn in advance when the temperature rises during the day, which helps to lower the room temperature.

Use light-colored sheets. In summer, it is suitable to use sheets with lighter materials and lighter colors. When the temperature is high at night, it is recommended to use a quilt with a warmth of 4.5 Torr (the official measurement unit of quilt warmth). If it is still hot, you can change the quilt into a thin one.

Eat a cucumber before going to bed. 1 Avoid eating food that will warm your body before going to bed, such as spicy and greasy food, caffeinated drinks, alcohol and sugary snacks. It is recommended to eat cold food, such as cucumber, watermelon and fresh milk.
