Provisions on the Prohibition of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Feicheng City

Provisions of Feicheng Municipality on Prohibition of Burning and Releasing:

1. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in Wen Chao Road in the east, Taifei first-class highway in the south, Sunniu Road in the west and Taifei Railway in the north, as well as the high-tech industrial development zones, economic development zones and chemical industrial parks in the city.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places outside the forbidden area:

Office buildings for organs and institutions;

Cultural relics protection units;

Stations, expressways, overpasses and railway line safety protection zones;

Fireworks production, operation and storage places;

Gas stations, liquefied gas supply stations, oil depots, important material warehouses and other inflammable and explosive goods production, management and storage units and oil pipeline safety protection zones;

Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities such as substations and high-voltage lines;

Medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, pension institutions, welfare homes, etc.

Scenic spots, forests, green spaces, parks, nurseries, etc. ;

Banks, parking lots, shopping malls, cinemas, bazaars, public places of entertainment, public cultural facilities, places for religious activities and other crowded public places;

Public corridors, stairs, roofs, balconies and construction sites of buildings under construction.

The town government may, according to the needs, designate other areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, and announce them to the public.

In the places listed in the preceding paragraph, the business management unit or the property right unit shall set up warning signs prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in safety tips and prevention.

Second, during the early warning period of heavy pollution weather above yellow and during the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, no unit or individual within the administrative area of this Municipality may set off fireworks and firecrackers, hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities.

Three, the transportation of fireworks and firecrackers in this Municipality shall be approved by the public security organs according to law, and transported in accordance with the permitted route. Vehicles transporting fireworks and firecrackers shall not stay if they pass through the roads in the forbidden area.
