Departmental setting of the eighth oil production plant in Changqing Oilfield

Changqing No.8 Oil Production Plant has five operation areas, namely Tiebiancheng Operation Area, Wuding Operation Area, Xue Fan Operation Area, Dingbian Operation Area and Jishiwu Operation Area. Among them, Tiebiancheng Operation Area is located in Tiebian Town of Wuqi County, Wuding Operation Area is located at the junction of Wuqi County and Dingbian County, Xue Fan Operation Area is located in Xuefan Town and Wangpanshan Township of Dingbian County, Dingbian Operation Area is located in Wangpanshan Township of Dingbian County, and Jishiwu Operation Area is located in Jiyuan Town of Dingbian County. The whole plant has 26 grass-roots wells (teams) and 234 grass-roots teams. There are 10 departments, 5 subordinate units, 2 front-line headquarters and 8 grass-roots units, including 2 scientific research units, 4 oil production units and 2 production auxiliary units. Employees 1046, with an average age of 29 years.
