Technical disclosure of concrete operation safety

Disclosure:

(1) General requirements

1. The construction personnel who enter the site must receive entrance safety education, and can enter the construction site only after passing the examination;

2. When entering the construction site, the operator must wear a qualified helmet, fasten the chin strap and lock the lock.

(2) Material transportation safety requirements

1. Transport roads and tools shall be inspected before operation to confirm safety;

2. When using cars and tankers to transport concrete, the on-site roads should be smooth and solid, and the on-site commanders should stand on the side of the vehicles; When discharging, the wheels should be covered;

3. Clean up the landing materials in time to keep the site environment clean and tidy.

(3) Concrete pouring construction

1. The pouring operation must be commanded by a special person with a clear division of labor;

2. Before the wall is poured, a working platform shall be laid, and the watering personnel shall not trample on the steel bar or walk directly;

3. When pouring concrete into the formwork, the operators should coordinate and cooperate, and the pouring personnel should obey the command of the vibrating personnel;

4. Before pouring concrete in the scour groove and foundation pit, the groove side should be inspected to ensure safety before operation;

5. When the depth exceeds 3m, concrete chutes should be set, and the joints between chutes must be connected reliably. Protective fence should be set at the operation site, and direct operation at the chute side is not allowed. Operators coordinate the allocation of houses during the slippery period;

6. When pumping concrete, a hose should be set for 1 or above personnel to pull cloth. When pumping concrete, the person who pulls the cloth hose should fasten it.

Seat belts;

7. When using chutes and barrel strings, they must be fixed firmly, and the operating parts should have protective fences. It is forbidden to stand on the chute for operation;

8. The voltage of night lighting lamps shall not be greater than 36V, and lamps and flow brake boxes shall not be placed on the wall formwork platform or roof reinforcement. In case of an accident,

Operation should be stopped in severe weather such as strong wind, rain, snow and fog;

9. Pay attention to the rain, moisture and electric shock prevention of electrical equipment in rainy season construction;

10. When pumping concrete, check whether all parts and connections are in good condition before operation;

1 1. The concrete outlet at the front end of the hose should keep a certain distance from the concrete pouring surface;

12. Monitor all kinds of instruments and indicator lights at any time, and adjust them in time if any abnormality is found;

13. During operation, it is forbidden to add lubricating oil for maintenance; Keep the water tank full of clean water. When the water quality is turbid and there are many sand grains, it should be timely.

Handling;

14. The grating on the hopper shall not be removed at will during operation;

15. When the pump is running, it is forbidden to put your hand into the hopper or grasp the distribution valve by hand, and it should be carefully implemented before, during and after the pump is stopped.

Precautions;

16. In hot weather, prevent the oil temperature from being too high. If it reaches 70℃ or burns, stop running;

17. It is forbidden to bend the conveying hose to avoid explosion. When air pigging is used, it must be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures;

18. Do not suck or smoke without materials;

19. After pumping, the pipeline should be cleaned in time. There are two ways to clean the pipeline: water washing and air washing, which are carried out by pushing sponge or plastic ball with pressurized water or compressed air respectively; Before cleaning, the suction force should be reversed to reduce the residual pressure in the pipeline and reduce the cleaning force; Pay attention to the pressure gauge when cleaning, and do not exceed the specified maximum pressure limit to prevent explosion; Water washing and air washing are not allowed to be used simultaneously. When cleaning, all personnel should stay away from the nozzle, and add protective devices at the nozzle to prevent concrete from suddenly rushing out of the pipe and causing personal injury accidents;

20. In the process of pumping, always check and pay attention to the connection of pump pipe. If there is any abnormality, repair it in time to prevent the explosion-proof pipe from hurting people;

2 1. Pipe beam extension is not allowed; And all illegal operations are strictly prohibited;

22. For the pump truck, the four sole plates must be padded and anti-dumping measures should be taken;

23. When distributing cloth, the pump truck staff should see the scope of work clearly;

24. The hose length shall not exceed 3m;

25. Operators should wear safety helmets, masks, gloves, etc. Fasten your seat belt when working near the edge and high above the ground. As long as you are on the working face, you can't take it off.

26. Necessary protective measures should be taken at work to prevent falling from the sky and objects from hitting.

(4) Concrete vibrating operation

1. Check whether the motor is in good condition and the insulation resistance measured by shaking meets the specification requirements;

2. The wiring adopts YC3 *15+1*1weather-resistant rubber sheathed cable, and the plug connection is firm and correct;

3. Connect the wires in phase sequence to ensure that the zero line is connected reliably, and the motor rotation direction is opposite to that of the flexible shaft and cannot be reversed;

4. The rated leakage action current of the leakage protector in the switch box should not be greater than 15MA, and the rated leakage action time should not be greater than 0.1s.

5. Before using the concrete vibrator, it must be checked and confirmed by the electrician before use. A protector must be installed in the switch box, the socket plug should be intact, and the power cord should not be broken or leaked; Operators must wear insulating shoes and gloves;

6. During the transfer operation, the motor cable should be kept in sufficient length and height, and it is forbidden to drag the vibrator with the cable;

7. Vibrators must understand the safety knowledge and usage of vibrators, and clean the equipment in time after maintenance and operation;

8. The vibrator must be connected correctly, the insulation resistance of the motor must be qualified, there must be reliable zero line protection, and qualified leakage protection must be installed.

Protection switch protection; When in use, the motor is protected in the ash hopper;

9. The internal vibrator should be operated by two people, 1 person controls the vibrator, and 1 person controls the motor and switch. The bending radius of rod and tube should not be less than 50 cm.

No more than two bends. The vibrator is naturally inserted and pulled out. They cannot be inserted or pushed hard. Do not touch hard objects such as steel bars and templates. number

Can be used to pull out reinforcement, etc. ;

10. When using the flat vibrator, the cable must be insulated and dry. When moving or turning, do not step on the motor, power switch box and operating point.

The distance shall not exceed 3m, and it shall be supervised by a special person. During maintenance, the switch must be turned off.

1 1. The construction personnel shall strictly abide by the operation procedures, and the vibrating equipment shall be safe and reliable.

(5) Concrete curing

1. When curing concrete with mulch, the reserved holes must be set with safety signs, sealed or fenced, and the safety signs and protective facilities shall not be moved at will;

2. When using soft water pipes to save water, the water pipe joints shall be firmly connected, and the mobile water pipes shall not be yanked, and the rubber pipes shall not be pulled backwards;

3. Covering and curing materials should be cleaned up in time and put in the designated place after use, and packed neatly.
