How to compensate for the damage of parked vehicles due to weather factors?

According to the information inquired in the Tort Liability Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the compensation law is as follows:

1. If the business manager fails to fulfill the duty of safety protection for the loss caused by the falling of outdoor billboards, causing damage to other people's vehicles, he shall bear tort liability.

2. If the vehicle is damaged due to a strong typhoon or other reasons, it belongs to the category of force majeure, and the parking lot can be exempted.
