Find the geographical location of Guangzhou

Guangzhou is located from 1 12 degrees 57 minutes east to 1 14 degrees 3 minutes north to 22 degrees 26 minutes to 23 degrees 56 minutes north. The city center is located at 23 degrees 06 minutes 32 seconds north latitude and 1 13 degrees 15 minutes 53 seconds east longitude. Located in the south of Chinese mainland, south-central Guangdong and the northern edge of the Pearl River Delta. Guangzhou, adjacent to the South China Sea, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region, is the southern gate of China to the world.

Guangzhou has a total area of 7434.4 square kilometers, and the overall planning areas at the municipal level are Yuexiu, Haizhu, Liwan, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu and Nansha, referred to as "Old Seven Districts" for short. Dongshan, Fangcun and Luogang were originally one of the old seven districts, but they were later cancelled due to the merger. Nansha is a part of the new and old seven districts.

The old four districts originally referred to Yuexiu District, Dongshan District, Haizhu District and Liwan District, but after regional adjustment, the old three districts were adopted, referring to Yuexiu District, Liwan District and Haizhu District. The new four districts are Panyu District, Huadu District, Conghua District and Zengcheng District.

Guangzhou is located in the subtropical coast, and the Tropic of Cancer runs through the south-central. It belongs to maritime subtropical monsoon climate, characterized by warm and rainy, sufficient light and heat, long summer and short frost period.

The economic development capacity of Guangzhou headquarters ranks third in China, which is within the scope of the first-class city of headquarters economic development.
