Harbin Sanwu General Cultural Museum was funded and constructed by Harbin Sanwu Flavor Industry Group. Planning and construction began in 2007 and gradually moved towards perfection. Starting from the 3,000 square meter General Cultural Park in Acheng District, In 2009, the museum was constructed in the Shuangcheng Lilixiang Co., Ltd. factory and was officially established in August 2011. Shuangcheng Lilixiang Co., Ltd. and Sanwu General Cultural Museum are patriotic education bases licensed by the Harbin Municipal Related Work Committee and the Education Bureau.

The total area of ??the museum is 8,000 square meters. In the courtyard is a 5.55-meter-tall white marble statue of the great leader Chairman Mao. The name of the museum was inscribed by General Liu Jingsong, the former commander of the Shenyang Military Region. On both sides of the name are two 3.5-meter-high Jinyuan dragons carved from jade. Each dragon has the Jinyuan dragon written by hundreds of generals. There are five exhibition halls in the museum, one on each floor, with left and right exhibition halls. They are: Founding General Museum, New Era General Museum, Military History Museum, Airborne History Museum, and General Painting and Calligraphy Museum. Outside the museum is the sixth magnificent rainbow, a 55.5-meter long relief sculpture of the history of the armed revolution and major battles of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, carved from jade to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party. The battle scenes of various periods are vividly displayed. The Military Soul Hall is inscribed by General Xiang Shouzhi, former commander of the Nanjing Military Region of the old Red Army. The museum has a construction area of ??2,000 square meters. The museum will display more than 8,000 calligraphy works by thousands of generals for a long time, and will be regularly exchanged and exhibited with foreign countries and held various exhibitions.
