Supporting facilities of Lishui Economic Development Zone

Limited by the long and narrow natural landforms in Shui Ge, the planned plot has formed a planning structure of "one main center, two sub-centers, three residential quarters, three comprehensive industrial zones and two green landscape belts".

(1) public construction center. Considering that Shui Ge Industrial Zone is a certain distance away from the main city and public facilities need to be independent, the layout of the planning public construction center is "one main and two auxiliary". The main center of the industrial zone is located in the central block, integrating finance, commerce, catering, communication, postal services, culture and entertainment. The North-South Public Building Center mainly serves the North-South block, with supermarkets, food markets, bookstores, financial offices, restaurants, municipal management and commercial buildings.

Specialized markets: It is planned to set up tangible markets such as automobile trade, daily consumer goods, building materials decoration, furniture and means of production in the north area, north of Guandi, south of Shuige No.1 Middle Road, and north of Dongyi Road and the planned intersection of Changchun Expressway. Supporting markets: mainly farmers' markets and food markets, and the planning is combined with the layout of residential quarters. The two projects are set up in four places, including one in North and South District and two in Central District (one large and one small). In addition, combined with their respective public construction centers, a certain scale of supermarkets will be planned and arranged in the north, middle and south areas.

(3) Sports facilities. It is planned to use the land of Shui Ge Sub-district Office to build a sports center, covering an area of 2 1 1,000 square meters.

In order to solve the resettlement problem of the tertiary industry and meet the daily shopping needs, it is planned to set up commercial, commercial and residential land in reasonable areas such as both sides of Yi Xi Road, Bai Yan North Road, the middle of Dongyi Road and Shui Ge South Third Road.

Each convenience center covers an area of not less than 2,650 square meters, including the main building, public green space, parking lot and gas station (some convenience centers are set up).

According to the proportion of 30-80% per 100 households, the lower limit is set for areas with more single dormitories, and the upper limit is set for high-end houses. Third, the parking lots in various industrial communities. Combined with the convenience center and green space, set up parking lots, each parking lot is not less than 30 parking spaces. Large supermarkets, commercial centers, industrial blocks and other plots are equipped with corresponding parking lots.

(7) Bus parking lot. It is planned to set up a bus stop in the central area, covering an area of about10.43 million square meters, which will be the bus reserve station of Lishui City and the bus service center of the industrial zone, serving the residents and workers in the industrial zone to commute.

(8) Bus stops. The bus station serves the residents and workers in this industrial zone, covering an area of about 1.46 million square meters. It is a short-distance intermediate station with a daily passenger flow of 200,000 people.

(9) Logistics center. Through the gathering, diffusion and radiation of all kinds of logistics and related enterprises, the logistics center provides all-round logistics services including trading, exhibition, freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, transportation, packaging and information for Shui Ge Industrial Zone and even Lishui City. According to the analysis of logistics demand and the overall positioning of logistics center, the main functions of logistics center include: warehousing and distribution function, supporting service function, port function and goods distribution and transit function.
