(1) Card purchase: The price of a single prepaid card is 128 yuan, which is only used as the activation certificate of the electronic annual card and cannot be directly used as the annual card. Eligible individuals or organizations can purchase prepaid cards with valid certificates or letters of introduction from their units at the city tourism consultation center or annual card agency outlets.

(2) Activation: To activate the tourist year card function with a prepaid card, you should go to the city tourism consultation center with a valid certificate within the validity period of the activation certificate (indicated on the back of the prepaid card). According to the activation instructions, read the prepaid card number and password under the coating to activate and provide personal information. The activation date defaults to the effective date of the annual card. Each prepaid card can only apply for one annual card, which is registered in the real-name registration system.

1. Online opening of electronic year card

Step 1: Search the official WeChat account of Kunshan Tourism Year Card, enter the official WeChat account, and select "Change Card-Online Processing".

Step 2: Fill in my real information according to the prompt, and upload my head photo and ID card (please refer to the ID card photo for my head photo, and the photo should be clear). Click Submit for employee review.

Step 3: According to the SMS prompt received by the mobile phone, enter the single number in the official WeChat account "Inquiry". If approved, please complete the payment within 24 hours. If it fails, please continue to modify the uploaded information.

2. Prepaid card activation steps

Online activation: activation of the official account of annual card WeChat-prepaid card. Enter the account number and password on the back of the prepaid card, upload photos and fill in personal information. Successfully activated after background audit (go to the scenic spot with ID card).
